Which portion of the bug tracker are you referring to?

The SourceForge Bug Tracker should be accessible by the public for reading and accessing bug reports.

In order to add/remove/modify bug tickets, you must submit bug reports to the GPSTk team and an admin will add the ticket.

It'd be nice if non-admin though registered users could submit bug reports directly in SF.

Felipe,

I have changed the permissions to allow non-admin Developer's to submit bug tickets. Also, please email your sourceforge UNIX username to us, and we will add you to the developer list.
